How does a designer design for his own wedding? The look and feel had to be personal, unique and of a quality to be expected, from the very first announcement to the details of the day. A storytelling invitation was devised, storyboarded, mocked up, illustrations contracted, and printed at home on hand-torn craft stock. The invitation was designed in such a way that any folded panel could be displayed on its own, and the reply card was attached with a perforated fold so the invitation was received as a single fold-out card. Supporting signage was printed to match the brand look and feel. The result was a personalized, informal atmosphere for a wonderful celebration.
